You have three options. Either do as previous poster has said and move it off your car park as it has no right to be there and is blocking your car park spaces or bite the bullet and pay CRIS and then hope the owner will reimburse you when they collect it. TBH I think CRIS and the police are useless since it does not belong to you and has been dumped. Actually I'd try ringing the council and say it's been dumped and it's causing inconvenience to your business

I would say it is at least £50.000 overpriced if a 4 bedroomed house which looks better can't sell at £143,000 and has been on market for a year. Also OP seems to have it on market since 2008. I don't live far from Monteney and nobody will buy in this area at that price
