Report them to the RSPCA, no wonder the poor thing barks. It looks as though it gets hardly any human contact and 10 hours on it's own without being to get out and relieve itself is totally not allowed as far as RSPCA goes. They don't deserve to be pet owners

They are doing the roads once the pavements are completed. I have rung them on more than one occasion because I live near Tunwell Greave and our footpaths are complete and like your road ours is a disgrace. I shall be contacting them again shortly. I've got to say that part of the reason they did paths was because they installed new street lights.
