Sunshine22
Hi, Iv found an amazing deal on a Mini which is being sold. The man lives in Cadiz in Spain, but originally bought the car in the UK and it is UK registered. Its in immaculate condition etc. As you can imagine i am abit wary about buying form abroad. The man seems to be legit and says he is using Yahoo Finance who act as a third party to secure my money and obviously his. Iv been onto their site and all looks fine and iv emailed them, they have sent me all the details. Iv asked for a contact number but they said they do not have one?? Does these seem like a scam? Or has anyone use Yahoo Finance before? really need some advise please Thanks
mort
It sounds like a scam to me. If an offer seems too good to be true that's because it usually is.
JoeS
Get him to send you a photo of the car with a tin of custard powder on top. Then you'll know its genuine.

andyofborg
Get him to send you a photo of the car with a tin of custard powder on top. Then you'll know its genuine. it wont though, it only shows he can access the car long enough to put i tin of custard powder on top and take a photo. i could do the same to my neighbour's car and try and sell it. wanna buy a car? neeeeeeeeeek
A friend has been sending cars to spain because of the Euro and the fact that cars are often more expensive over there. I cant see why it woudl be cheap unless it's dodgy. walk away!
