Dinkey Posted June 23, 2010 Share Posted June 23, 2010 A woman in her fifties was attacked on her own doorstep in Nether Edge (Union Road) yesterday evening. There was a knock on her door at approx. 9.30pm and on opening the door a man punched her in the face and knocked her unconscious. She is now in hospital with serious facial injuries. Please be vigilant! This man needs to be caught, please contact the police if you came across anything suspicious in that area at that time.
