Your average donut munching fat ass cop isnt at war (apart from with his cholesterol level) and hunting for a war criminal whos got the blood of 1000's on his grubby little hands. Just because someone is found to be unarmed after they are killed, it doesn't mean that they wasn't consider a threat when they were killed.
