Session to run indoors in wet weather and during dry weather we will be outside, the itinery of the sessions will be Warm up/gentle jog + gentle exercises Exercises to target/tone the legs Abdominal Workouts - 5 seperate stomach exercises Shuttle running More Abdominal Work - another 5 stomach exercises Punching the focus mitts and other fitness work done with a partner Circuit Training - to consist of common favourites pressups, situps, squats, crunches, skipping etc.....
