i would love to see Ding or Liang Wenbo win it.

i agree its good to see new players winning, but to be honest i don't mind who wins.

i hope the century break record gets broken again this year. 83 last year is the current record.

plus last year there were 2, 147 breaks, could we even get 3 this year, or even a 151.

you never know..

Higgins has fought his way back after a bad first session.

for the first 4 frames of the match he was playing as badly as he did last week in the china open. he showed his class though and won by a good margin in the end.

looking forward to hendry today and davis and ronnie tommorrow.

Ding, King, Robertson, and Day should breeze through.

Ebdon vs Dott tonight sounds enthralling lol.

I'd like O'Sullivan to play Ebdon again to constantly look at his watch and ask members of the crowd what time it is!

O'Sullevan looked this afternoon as though he'd much rather be out playing golf. Hopefully he can find his motivation from somewhere and put in a good showing; a tournament always seems to lack a certain credibility if Ronnie loses a game where he hasn't bothered turning up.
