only joking with you. your services sound good, might give you a call in a week or so.

 

do you rekkon you could teach me some weight lifting basics and all the proper form?

 

bench press, squat, deadlift etc... if you are qualified or experienced then i might have an hour or two with you when i can afford it.

lol no dvd's afraid

 

fully qualified though aswell as over 20 years personal experience in weights boxing cycling running triathlon etc infact you name it and i've probably had a go at it
