curriechick
I haven't heard of anything specifically in Sheffield 5, but we usually go into town for Fright Night on Halloween and take the grandchildren, it is always a good night and the children love it. curriechick
It is busy but it is free and it starts at the bottom of fargate and goes to the Peace Gardens, there are stalls, fairground rides and all sorts of events going on. Loads of people dress up, children and adults and some of the costumes are amazing. As I said we go every year and we enjoy it as much as the children do. Nagel
The Chelsea Park bonfire night is very good, traditional, not commercialised. I think they serve beer from a stall, but I'm not entirely certain about that. If you have a garden why not hold your own party. These are always the best.
