Blade73
I've seen quite a few on the roads and they seem regardless of the road tax paying public, some cyclists have a death wish, going home tonight, one near gleadless valley at 5pm so quite dark, no light, no helmet and wobbling about all over the place. Surely if they're using the roads some sort of test should be implicated so they're aware of their safety and others. Seems to me that they have a carte blanche. Plain Talker
Yawn, Yawn, done to death, already! Didn't the search facility bring up the milliard other threads moaning about this subject? Incidentally, it wasn't a mobility scoota that almost ran me down on Wednesday afternoon by doing an illegal manoeuvre on a pelican crossing in the wicker today, but a car... Coming through a) a bus gate, and b) ignoring a "no left turn" sign to c) then drive, at speed, through a pedestrian crossing where the pedestrians had the green-man signal to proceed.
