D V R Posted October 10, 2007 Share Posted October 10, 2007 We are now progressing well with our intentions to reopend a Station and Heritage centre at Deepcar and the reopening of a working line from Sheffield to Deepcar/Stocksbridge. We now however need further help...from influential people who are also interested in our aims...we are in discussion with many regarding our project with regards to funding (this is crutial at the moment to secure our Station) and the line/transport links. However it is now necessary for us to take this to a more professional level. We need help now from those who have the ability to help us move things on faster ... Can you help... Please dont be one of the many who say they would love a railway line to Stocksbridge and a working station at Deepcar with heritage centre and lots to do...but are too busy to help!!! Please show your support by offering your assistance... Remember we can always make time if its important enough..and our communities and futures are...dont loose the opportunities we are given...
