bonz1983
always liked Poseidon in woodeats, massive fish and quite cheap, The worst one in Sheffield was definately Joes Chippy at the end of ecclesall road, there was such a conspicuous lack of food i began the think it was a front for organised crime. they didnt seem to understand the concept of a chip shop and you had to wait fifteen minutes for them to cook chips every time you went in. Years ago the chippy up warminster road was the same and they had a hand operated chipper. Edited July 19, 2012 by choogling
anouska
We have been going to two steps but the last few times it was not very good the batter was rock hard and you had to search to find a whole chip all bits.

Blimey, that's going back a bit. It shut down years ago.

maccc
I live in Heeley, but always go to the manor top chippy for a takeaway. The best in Sheffield in my opinion.
