newvanandman
That link dont work must have been removed. Anyway the examiner needs to brush up on their road traffic law. There is only a duty to stop and exchange details when an accident occurs and involves: 1. Injury to another person. 2. Damage to another vehicle or trailer. 3. Damage to an animal (CHAMPS DoG applies). 4. Damage to any other property near the road. No wonder we've roads full of incompetent idiots.

alchresearch
She deserved to fail. The puddle was a hazard on the road, she failed to see it, or slow down for it. Plus, she's failed twice before, it would be interesting to know why.

However, you will also read in your own post how the action of drenching a pedestrian can be an offence under the Road Traffic Act and result in prosecution. You dont have to slow down for puddles Theres no wonder our roads are caos can you tell how deep a pot hole is when it's to the brim with water? property was damaged - the clothes the ped was wearing. she deserves to fail for the attitude of "drive straight at a potential hazard or swerve" she could drive round the hazard in plenty of time without swerving. if she couldnt, she was driving too fast and / or without paying attention. /2p
