I'm after a really top-of-the-line restaurant, preferably in or near the city centre. a 4* or 5* job as a special treat! Does anybody have any recommendations please? Top notch with range of fresh fish, Rafters, Fishers, Morans and Old Vicarage all excellent. Personally I'm not fussed about Dam House, Artisan/Catch - none would rate same reviews if in Leeds. Beyond all these, Walnut Club at Hathersage for (soon to be) Michelin starred food with great ambience - the Jazz does it - only restaurant for miles that could hold it's head up in London.
