It was an interesting time when we had beautiful Corporation royal blue lining and cream base. I knew EVERY bus route but I may have forgotten some.... Here goes... I think the service was discontinued in about 1968. There was a number 122 bus which ran from Sheffield to Holmesfield via Bocking Lane & Bradway. Back in the 70s I remember the No 2 and No 59 buses going up and down Carterknowle Road, were they not the Circular routes ? There was also a No 286 that went to Holmesfield via Archer Rd and Hutcliffe wood. The No 24 was Totley to Brinsworth, and No 17 Totley to Attercliffe, there was also a No 26 to Beauchief.
