jamesogt Posted November 10, 2007 Share Posted November 10, 2007 We are a group of local pensioners living around Ecclesall Rd and regularly meet for a drink and chat.Just wondered if the re-opening of the Pomona would be suitable for a night out.The other pubs seem to cater for teenagers and students. If that is a serious post you would be happier at the Devonshire! Space to sit, no excessively loud music etc plenty of parking if anyone drives and probably the most local real ale on Eccy rd. In regards to evening and night times, im sure the rest are more peaceful in the day!
