On display will also be lots of maps and pictures etc of the old line along with artwork by local Stocksbridge artist Robert Penistone who has kindly donated a series of oil paintings of the old stations to help raise funds..(as per editorial in Wednesdays Star & look local) Limited edition prints will be for sale on the evening also along with other nostalgic items produced to support the cause. (ideal christmas gifts) A home made Pie and pea supper will also be provided in the price...only £4 ea... including a free raffle entry.
