Bia is nice during the week, would recommend Bar 23 and Ivory as well for proper cocktails, maybe depends what kind of thing you want. I would only go to Iguanas for margaritas, nothing else and certainly not the food or the awful staff. Cubana's is actually quite a fun place to drink, but depends what kind of cocktails you like.
