Sounds nice, I am in Stoke on Trent at the minute and I have just had their local speciality........and it was really very good.

Oatcakes with cheese and bacon.

For those who have never heard of them, oatcakes are basically large pancakes, add a couple of pieces of bacon and then top with grated cheese, and then roll it up into a wrap.

£1.30 for 2 bargain

I'm from round that area orgianally so yes I know all about Stoke on Trent and their oatcakes. Good aren't they? Hmm... bacon and cheese.
