Andy the dj
My late Nan God bless her had an illness in the 70s and the dr.told her never to go out without wearing a hat,but she had the idea to start wearing a wig. I went with her a couple of times to Girliewig,i was about 8/9yrs old in the mid 70s.it was run by a young girl in a mimi dress playing pop records while she was at work,it was all very trendy and Carnaby street right here in Sheffield. It was at the top of Fargate, next door to bradleys records where radio rentals was,now the panasonic shop is i think. Does anyone remember this shop or buy wigs from them in the 70s.
