Sheffield Dj Needs Gigs!

Im a local DJ looking for more gigs in bars and nightclubs in Sheffield. Im currently a resident for Detonate @ Plug doing drum n bass, and run my own breaks/drum n bass night in Buxton called Soundboy which is in its third year and going really well. I do a lot of promoting for both nights and have a lot of contacts for pulling in a crowd. Apart from breaks and DnB I play everything from hip hop, soul, funk, indie, rock, house, old school, electro and hardcore and have experience playing all kinds of venues. Im gonna be made redundant next year so ideally im looking for reglular paid gigs. Ive got mixes for downloading on myspace or I can do a particular mix on request and send it out. cheers

There might be some openings at 'Gay' or gay-friendly nights in the coming year, as a few new ones are starting up or planned. There will also be lots of 'Gay Pride' events in Sheffield leading up to May/early June.

I know the Gay Scene inside out, as well as several existing DJ's on it, so if you have no inhibitions about doing Gay clubs, I might be able to introduce you to a few.
