SheffieldRox Posted December 29, 2007 Share Posted December 29, 2007 I joined this forum years ago, but it only recently occurred to me to start getting involved properly until now, as in about a year and a half I'll be returning back home! (Yay!) I've lived as an expat in Holland all my life and after finishing Sixth Form in a British school, I'll be coming back home to live permanently (and hopefully study at Sheffield University.) At the moment I come back for holidays, but I've not really got any friends left here anymore, so I thought before I start to make friends when I come back here, I may as well try and find out good places to go etc and perhaps find some future friends. So what do people suggest for students? Things like going out etc. I'm into alternative music, video gaming, Anime/Manga... also is anyone studying Journalism at Sheffield? What's it like?
