lowby Posted January 4, 2008 Share Posted January 4, 2008 the pub you are all about is SHIREGREEN HOTEL. the pub below he job lot was called THE HUNTSMAN they have both been knocked down and the other one is THE SICEY HOTEL thats gone as well the only pub left on the SHIRGREEN is the PENGUIN another pub that could be said to be in SHIREGREEN. is THE HORSESHOE that was knocked down years ago they have for some reason renamed the penguin the shiregreen arms. I used to live near there and never even noticed not thatlong ago. they had a refurb done and now kids can go in till 7pm, and on saturdays they have kid things going off like kareoke and discos.
