We are looking to have a charity night where friends and acquaintances can "pay" us on the door to help with fundraising for Millhouses Park Festival. We were looking to hire Cubana on a Sunday, as its free, however, its booked up until Christmas! We also need somewhere that is either fairly cheap or free- not much to ask! Ummm...what about the Ibis hotel? Im sure they have a function room, or that dodgy looking pub on the corner under the hotel? Or you could all stand out in the car park by the PTE buildings? Not sure of the phone number but it'll be in the book or on Yell.com possibly. Edit: I forgot to mention that The hire of The Office is free which tallies with your requirements.
