VickyLou
:help: Right....Me and two friends are having a joint 18th.. We need a venue!!! Somewhere with a big enough room for about 160 people..a bar..and somewhere where we can maybe take our own food and DJ...but that's only an added bonus... In the sheffield/Barnsley area..We're not fussed... We are from the Chapeltown Area of sheffield so we don't want anywhere too far away.. discodown
does vodka revolution do 18ths??It does but its expensive I think. You're going to pay more the closer to the town centre you are (obviously) so you might be better with a local pub or somewhere easy to get to but not in an obvious place

Rich
You tried any of the working mans clubs or social clubs? You do of course know that to even get through the door at most WMCs you have to be either a member, or a member's best mate so he'll refer you for membership? Not sure if you ring them to book a room fora function. I'm sure with todays "credit crunch", most clubs would be happy for a few extra quid in the tills

Most people bring their own entertainment when attending the football matches as well
