Round House Posted January 27, 2008 Share Posted January 27, 2008 Does anyone know what happened to peterw? He was posting a couple of times a day, until a year ago. His last post 19.02.07, when he said he had been ill. I've been trying to contact him via private messaging, but no response. Hope its not as ominous as it looks. If you are keen to track him down, he used to work for Sheffield Newspapers and you could ring the news desk and ask if anyone remembers him or has any news of him? The problem is, finding anyone who knows him - I'm nearly 60 and he was about 15 years on me, thus most of the 'old school' have retired. Somebody like Peter Harvey might be your man? I was bored tonight so i thought i would do a bit of digging and i found this lot out: In 2006 he was 77 Years old He Worked for the bury times in the 70s. Registered on the Manchester forum as Peter w and used it very frequently. Son is painter and decorator Used to run a dog boarding kennels and cattery (unknown whether sheff or manc) Lived in whitefield in Manchester from 1951 to present.
