Joey Posted January 31, 2008 Share Posted January 31, 2008 Just wanted to put something in writing about my dear Grandad who died on Friday at the grand old age of 88. He was known by one and all as Charlie, and worked in the Steelworks all his working life. He lived in Sheffield up until about 17 years ago. He retired at 63 and a few years later decided to move to Ireland with my Grandma to join his daughter (our aunt) who lives over there with her family. He was the funniest man I ever met, with such a mischievous glint in his eye and a complete torment! We'll all miss him dearly.
