Timetable for sponsored day 9am till dinner time Sponsored run 5 mile Sponsored sparring 1hr Sponsored punching 1hr Sponsored kicking 1hr Sponsored sword cut 1hr (you must do 3 out of the 5 sponsored events) From 1 till 5pm Sponsored waxing (all the instructors to get waxed) Manicures, massage, face painting, power punch competition, soft weapons sparring (children) Kendo (adults) tombola, stalls & food. 7 till 11.30pm Fancy dress party with games & raffles. We hope you can support our efforts by either sponsoring someone or getting sponsored yourself and joining us. We are to stage this event on the 5th February, in the Dinnington area Sheffield.
