There were lots on Sky Edge, and there were shedloads going up "Black Bank" above the Midhill Club building, toward the junction of East Bank Road with Daresbury Road and Eastern Crescent. My great grandma had one there, which was flattened in the great gale of 1962.

 

There were also prefabs where the Errrington and Berners parts of Arbourthorne are (where the Finnegan houses are now) I seem to remember my father saying that the prefabs went right down the back of Northern avenue, on the Algar road section (again, where the Finnegan houses are, at the back of the Vulcan pub)

 

I also believe there were prefabs at Hollinsend. I know there were some at Hollybank, just over the hill from manor top, at intake, because my aunt had one in the mid 1960s
