He bought a house at Aston about 1961/62, then was married with one small child. He worked in their family business STANILANDS they had a big fruit and veg stall in the old rag market area. Plecky Posted September 13, 2011 Share Posted September 13, 2011 Was there a Barry? Might be about 65 now. My dad used to know a Barry Staniland when he was at school. There is a Barry Staniland who is part of a large family of Stanilands from Oughtibridge,( weather that is the one you are talking about im not sure) and a lot of them still live there. Barry will be in his mid to late 50`s now ,and he has a brother called Robert and a sister called Denise. All still residing in Oughtibridge as far as i know.
