Princessjan Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 Hi anyone knows of John Aurther Swift from Sheffield area?? he and his wife had adopted my mother Patricia Bray...surname changed to Swift at early age. Please let me know if you know them. They adopted my mother around 1950..my mother was married at 18 years old to Harry Crossland. I am looking for my mother s sibling also my blood sister Alema Crossland she is about 44 years old. I have never met any of my family.I was brought up by Jones family in Preston.
