alex3659 Posted February 24, 2008 Share Posted February 24, 2008 when i was a child over 40 years ago we used to go there and feed the cows after school . if i was needing to find out about old bieghton i would go and ask some of the older folk in the village . beighton folk are vey proud of their roots and would be happy to help. During the 1920's until 1940 Mr Tom Fox was the farmer.Before Mr Fox one of the previous farmers was a Mr Cousins. Mr Smart was farmer for several years. Mr Ellis was the last farmer.
