the chazter
I would like to ensure that the kiddies at the wedding are entertained during the speeches. My idea is that a magician or childrens entertainer would start doing the rounds at tables during dessert..maybe doing a bit of magic for the adults and then making balloon animals for the children....then just before the speeches the entertainer would do a "pied piper" and lead the kids off to another room for some magic... what do you all think and can you recommend anyone? i worked at a wedding a while ago & during the meal & speaches this guy kept the kids entertained & the adults. http://www.barneybaloney.co.uk/ Edited April 15, 2010 by the chazter
RingwoodDJ
Hi we are still looking for a dj to play at Ringwood Hall in Aug, has anyone usec Club Tropicana, their resident dj? just a bit nervous about not getting to meet them beforehand! or can anyone reccommend a different dj, with good lighting etc? I have just come across your old post here and was wondering if you had sorted this out. Club Tropicana is Ringwood Hall's name for the DJ's they use (mainly when we are performing at the black tie events) however we all work for an agency (Johnsmithdiscos.co.uk) and work independantly aswell. I have been in the Ringwood Suite for the last 6 years and gladly welcome people to come and see us prior to making a booking so if this is of use let me know. Even if your function is in the Coach House or the Portland / Chatsworth suites the discos John Smith provide are all with very experienced DJ's with first class equipment. Hope this helps.
