missymarsbar Posted March 4, 2008 Share Posted March 4, 2008 Just been to Lounge on Glossop Road / West St (again!) and had a wonderful fish dish - which wasn't on the menu. Christian Szurko, who's Lounge chef and his brother Dan, have now taken on Mann's Fishmonger in Hillsborough. Give them a call first and let them know what fish you're after, then turn up to the restaurant and it will be cooked to perfection! We let them cook what they want for us, as the food is so good!
