Anyone knows John and Margaret Swift they were adopted someone called Patricia

I am looking for my adoptive Grandparent Mr John and Mrs Margaret Eilleen Swift I think they are over 80's now they were born in Sheffield/ I am not sure if they still live in the same house of Heavygate Road, the couple had adopted my late mother Patricia Bray they have changed her surname to Swift.

I would like to meet them as I have never see my mother or Mr and Mrs Swift. I dont know whether they are alive or not.

I never have any photo of my mother I am hoping to see the photo from Mr and Mrs Swift. My mother was adopted around 1947/8.

please let me know if you know them?

Ps my mother s real mother ( My grandmother) s name is Elsie Bray she was having a problem with bringing my mother up on her own as she was a widow, she took my mother to Fulwood Cottage Homes on the 7.1.45. do you know them?
