Philosophers have debated excatly what should constitute natural rights for centuries. Some have even compiled lists. Have a look at the Declaration of Independence (a truly fine document). Have you considered the finer points of any of this? Surely you have an opinion as to what constitutes natural rights. Do you have any examples?
