It could be argued (and does) that being sent to any country to face trial is against his human rights, because its your human right to family life. If he is locked up abroad they will say that he will be denied the right to be here with his family so you cannot win. The only thing you can do is opt out of the human rights act as it is and untie our hands from being our backs.
MrMoran
Deport the b@5t@rd! He's a convicted terrorist. It shouldn't be our problem what awaits him in his homeland. Oooooooh, you are so tough. We could do with you in government:hihi:

Why when have they done that then ? I think it was about 100 years ago when people were treated ruff here, we have struggled to get rights and laws to protect citizens in this country, do you think they will disappear over night if we opted out of the human rights act ? Maybe they will ban women from voting, illegalize homosexuality again ? just what abuses do you think the Government would get away with if we dropped the act ? If you are convicted of a crime and sent to prison, you are not being denied your human right to a family life. Imprisonment mandated by a court is specifically exempt. Look at the abuses it's using now even with the ECHR in place. Even more ECHR cases will be brought forward over the next couple of years.
ANGELFIRE1
Just deport him from the top of the Cliffs of Dover one dark and stormy night when no one is looking, either fish bait or found in bits, I just don't care which, either way we would be well rid of the (I have no words to describe a thing like him). Angel.
