They might be important factors in deciding which florist to use. We went for an hour long consultation which was soo helpful... eg I thought I wanted one shape of bouquet, but she mocked it up for me & I realised I felt ridiculous holding it so completely changed my mind... and we were under absolutely no pressure to go ahead with them which I liked.
