plekhanov Posted April 16, 2008 Share Posted April 16, 2008 I've got a trial for what should hopefully become a new regular night at the Old House next Wednesday, this of course brings up the usual problem of picking a name. The music policy will be pretty eclectic with a preponderance of 'indie' (ranging from twee to punk, chart bothering to obscure) along with plenty of punk & new-wave, 60s garage punk, a bit of rock & roll and anything else I fancy, and the name should hopefully have those kind of connotations. So far I've come up with: Mansize Rooster (which would make artwork easy but would perhaps suggest the night will be rather britpoppy) Rip it Up Crooked Teeth Anyone have any thoughts on those or any better ideas?
