Only 5 minutes until the ballot box's slam shut for this election. At this moment in time it stands at:

Liberal Democrat 39%

BNP 17%

Green Party 14%

Labour 9%

Socialist Alternative 1%

  • If history runs true again the BNP vote shown above will a little skewed because they have an active presence on SF.
  • Labour are showing half the votes of the BNP.
  • The Green Party are a surprising second.
  • The Lib Dem's have over double the vote of any other party.

If the above is representative it looks like Jan Wilson will be clearing out her desk. The real count will be an interesting comparison.

The BNP vote will be skewed because they have an active presence on SF so your saying that Labour, tory and lib dems dont have an active presence on Sf :loopy:I think that the mere fact that again the BNP are in second place tends to show that certain problems in this society are actually concerning more people than actually dare admit it for fear of racist backlash from people who have been brainwashed by respective governments and so called do gooders.

Trust me, I've been doing this longer than you ;) I'm not passing judgement I'm just saying that history shows that the BNP vote on SF will not be the same as the vote at the ballot box. Are you expecting the BNP to get any councillors?

..perhaps your proposition might have some resonance if you supplied some compelling evidence to support it.
