medicgirl
What are your opening hours like? My boyfriend lives just round the corner from there and I'm often driving home from his house earlyish morning before any of the usual places like Starbucks etc are open (esp at weekends). Would be very tempted to stop for a coffee on my way home if you are open early enough! Good luck for your new venture anyway!
