We WERE enjoying ourselves and got about 2 mins walk from Climax when my other half took a tumble outside The Harley and the result was a sprained ankle and 3 hours in Northern General A&E. Sh*t happens eh? She's doing ok altho it's still pretty sore but they reckon she'll be walking ok again in a couple of weeks. She's learning how to get up stairs on crutches at the moment, not easy I can tell ya....and it's not even me who's got to do it. The thing between us in the past is that fate always seems to take a hand so we're looking at it like there was a reason we weren't meant to be there last night. Lost count of the times I got pushed, banged into, elbowed and shoved all without an apology and hate to say this but mainly from girls especially whilst waiting to be served, whats happened to manners! Worst thing is that it's really infectious because I just got to the stage last night where I ended up pushing past people and not apologising. If anybody that works in security at Climax is reading this, please could you try a bit harder to keep girls out of the guy toilets cos they just take over the place and some are quite vile, witnessed one girl trying to pee in the sink last night! That's why me and the other half weren't meant to be in last night. I can't tolerate bad manners and people who push so it was probably a good thing that she and I weren't able to make it.
