love_rat
Its not just the women, men in gyms are just as vain. Go into any changing room (the mens) and there is always one man fiddling with himself in front a mirror, applying moisteuriser and using a hairdryer. Happ Hazzard
Why do so many women go to the gym then barely exert themselves? I see many women leaving without even getting changed and their gear isn't sweaty at all. I think that many seem to think that just going to the gym and nattering for half an hour is good enough to get in shape.

All of the classes that i do are seriously hard core and not for the faint hearted. There is a minority of women who have not so much as a bead of sweat on them at the end of a class, which I find incredulous.
