Good as new but at some point I will have to do something about the asbestos roof! I haven’t done it but if you take it off in the full panels / double wrap it in bin bags / and mark it as asbestos the tip will take it. Yes, as long as you don't break it, it's fine. I was going to get it done before they changed the law to say that you have to pay specialist contractors to remove and dispose of it although the way things are going I can't see that being any time soon.
