How to wrap a food wrap.

I put the filling slightly off centre leaving an inch at the bottom, fold the bottom up, fold the shorter side over the filling, then roll. If it's to go, wrap it up tightly in film or foil as Zebra says. And always start eating from the top. (well, you never know)

I fold the bottom up first, then the sides in and with a tiny amount of water on a spoon to stick the wrap back onto itself, wrap in paper, clingfilm or foil and demolish at leisure

Use whole wheat Pitta bread instead, it has more taste to it...the pocket type.

Dont like pitta bread, its too bulky. I like the thinness of the wrap.

Yes but she's on a diet so she has to put her own filling in, M&S probably has mayo and other dressing in there's.

Im always on a diet. I like prawns in mine.
