carmencarter
"Buggy brigade" is on on Mondays from 1.30 pm in Hillsborough park. Starts with a 30 minute walk round the park ( Mummies and babies, sometimes Daddies too) and then back to the pavillion for drink/ chat/soft play. Very friendly and laid back- and hopefully appropriate now that weather is nice :-)
Fooman
Carlton Road playgroup is also a good one. Mondays and Thursdays 9.30am til 11.30am. Not just babies though, all different ages. About £1.50 I think. Theres also Wadsley Church Toddler Praise on a Wednesday. 1.45pm til 3pm. Bit more structured, playtime, songs, creative time then more playtime. Free as well. Very friendly group and highly recommended. PM me if you want some more details.
indiechick
I am, as of 1st of April going to no longer be working Mondays Is Carlton Road toddler group ok for a toddler (ie its not baby focused?) Also, although I have a toddler, might join in the buggy walk anyway if ok? It would be nice to meet more Mums (I went back to work pretty much as soon as I moved to Sheffield)
