unuspromulti Posted July 22, 2008 Share Posted July 22, 2008 Plenty of top players go back and across in their trigger movements. Have you used bowling machines in practice often? If so that might be part of the problem as when using a machine you lose the cues that you naturally use to start your trigger movements so learn to time the ball differently, effectively training to rush shots which could be why you chip drives into the air a bit much.
