medusa
I drink J2O topped up with soda but most of the time they're still too sweet for me. By choice I would either drink grapefruit juice with soda or a really weak lime and soda with Angostura bitters in, both of which are much less sweet and quite unlike pop. There's always the choice of tomato juice with worcester sauce in if you really don't want sweet and fizzy drinks (although personally just the texture makes me want to hurl). SimonS
What about a tomato juice? (This counts towards one of your five a day)...

Classic Rock
Why not get a shandy? If you've totally given up then some pubs have it in the bottle or can so it's incredibly low in alcohol. Others might make you one up, but you'll of course have some alcohol in there. How about a Britvic grapefruit with soda? A diet coke with lime (takes off some of the sweetness) or simply a blackcurrant with soda.
