Scotland and Wales often use 'Flower of Scotland' and the Welsh have summat as well, not sure what but it might be about Leeks or 'Delilah' or summat.

 

We should be able to use 'Jerusalem' when we are doing things just as England too I reckon.

It is, musically speaking, a dreary bit of dirge, and the lyrics are all about the Queen/King whom many people are at best equivocal about.

 

Land of hope and Glory is far better, as sung at the Commonwealth Games by the way.
