Harleyman Posted July 14, 2010 Share Posted July 14, 2010 I was in France back in 1979 and was staying in a small town in the suburbs of Paris. They closed off all the streets around the town square and brought in vans that served, beer wine and food and parked them nearby. The bars and bistros also stayed open There was a band and everybody got drunk and danced until around !:00 AM my wife and I included. Was a great time.
